Wozu dieses Tool dient

Mundaine zeigt Ihnen hier Entwürfe, und Sie können sie kommentieren. Mundaine sieht, wer was geöffnet und wer kommentiert hat, und wann, damit es die Arbeit mit Ihnen weiterführen kann.

Was wir über Sie speichern

• Ihren Namen und Ihre Mailadresse. Ihre Firma oder Sie haben sie Mundaine für Ihr Konto gegeben.
• Wann Mails an Sie gingen, wann Sie sich zuletzt angemeldet haben, und wann Ihr Konto geändert wurde oder ein neues Passwort bekam.
• Jedes Öffnen eines Projekts, jeden Kommentar und jeden Versuch, etwas zu öffnen, das Ihr Konto nicht öffnen darf, mit Datum und Zeit (das Zugriffsprotokoll).
• Ihre Kommentare, mit Ihrem Namen.
• Eine Meldung, die Sie über den Feedback-Knopf senden, mit der Seite.
• Für kurze Zeit Ihre Netzwerkadresse und eine bei einer falschen Anmeldung getippte Mailadresse, in einer Form, die sich nicht zurücklesen lässt, um falsche Anmeldungen zu stoppen.

Wie lange

Eine Zeile des Zugriffsprotokolls: 180 Tage. Ihr Konto: bis Mundaine es oder den Raum löscht. Die Vermerke zu Ihrem Konto: so lange wie der Raum. Ihre Kommentare bleiben mit Ihrem Namen im Raum, bis Mundaine die Version oder den Raum löscht, auch nachdem Ihr Konto gelöscht ist. Eine Meldung: bis Mundaine sie löscht. Sicherungen: 7 Tage länger.

Wer sonst Daten erhält

Der Host des Tools: Vercel Inc., USA, mit den Daten in Frankfurt, Deutschland, bei Vercel und bei Databricks Inc., USA (Neon), unter Standard-Datenschutzklauseln. Sein eigenes Anfrageprotokoll enthält während 30 Tagen Ihre Netzwerkadresse und ist nicht an Europa gebunden.

Der Mail-Dienst, der die Mails versendet: Resend, USA, unter Standard-Datenschutzklauseln. Die Mails gehen von Irland aus, und Resend führt seine Aufzeichnungen in den USA.

Das System, in dem Mundaine Meldungen bearbeitet: Vercel Inc., USA, und Databricks Inc., USA, mit den Daten in Frankfurt, Deutschland, unter Standard-Datenschutzklauseln.

Anthropic PBC, USA: Claude, ein KI-Modell, liest den Text der Kommentare eines Projekts, ohne Ihren Namen, für die Arbeit von Mundaine an der nächsten Version des Entwurfs. Für dieses Lesen gelten keine Datenschutzklauseln.

What this tool is for

Mundaine shows you sketches here, and you can comment on them. Mundaine sees who opened what and who commented, and when, so that it can carry on the work with you.

What we keep about you

• Your name and mail address. Your company or you gave them to Mundaine for your account.
• When mails went to you, when you last signed in, and when your account changed or got a new password.
• Each time you open a project, each comment, and each try to open something that your account may not open, with the date and the time (the access log).
• Your comments, with your name.
• A report that you send with the feedback button, with the page.
• For a short time your network address and a mail address typed at a wrong sign-in, in a form that cannot be read back, to stop wrong sign-ins.

How long

A line of the access log: 180 days. Your account: until Mundaine deletes it or the place. The notes on your account: as long as the place. Your comments stay in the place with your name until Mundaine deletes the version or the place, also after your account is deleted. A report: until Mundaine deletes it. Backups: 7 days more.

Who else gets data

The host of the tool: Vercel Inc., USA, with the data kept in Frankfurt, Germany, by Vercel and by Databricks Inc., USA (Neon), under standard data protection clauses. Its own request log holds your network address for 30 days, and it is not bound to Europe.

The mail service that sends the mails: Resend, USA, under standard data protection clauses. The mails leave from Ireland, and Resend keeps its records in the USA.

The system in which Mundaine handles reports: Vercel Inc., USA, and Databricks Inc., USA, with the data kept in Frankfurt, Germany, under standard data protection clauses.

Anthropic PBC, USA: Claude, an AI model, reads the text of the comments of a project, without your name, for Mundaine's work on the next version of the sketch. No data protection clauses cover this reading.
